Eligibility
Altering the eligibility requirements of the Edward T. Conroy Memorial
Scholarship Program to include the surviving spouse or child of
Maryland residents killed in the World Trade Center and Pentagon
terrorist attacks, and the crash of United Airlines flight 93 and any
subsequent terrorist attacks; and altering the percentage of
service-related disability a veteran must suffer from 50% to 25% to be
eligible for the Edward T. Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program.
