Entitled:

Dangerous Weapons - Minors - Civil Offense

Synopsis:

Providing that a violation by a minor of specified provisions on possession of a dangerous weapon or pepper mace is a civil offense rather than a misdemeanor; authorizing a law enforcement officer to issue a citation to a minor under specified circumstances;providing that a minor who violates specified provisions of law is subject to procedures and dispositions, including citation, informed adjustment, a supervised work program, and civil fine; etc.
