Income Tax - Credit for Retrofitting Home for Individual with
Disabilities
Allowing an individual to claim a State income tax credit for costs
incurred to retrofit a residence with accessibility features, as
defined, for individuals with disabilities; limiting the credit for
any taxable year to 25% of the costs incurred or $500; allowing any
unused credit to be applied for 5 succeeding taxable years; and
applying the Act to taxable years after 2001.
