Authorizing a seller of a pre-need contract to have a pooled trust
account composed of the pre-need funds of other sellers for the
benefit of not less than 200 purchasers or intended funeral
recipients; providing for a commission of not more than 1% per annum
of the corpus of the trust fund for the administrator of the account;
exempting a seller from filing a report with regard to compliance with
the provisions of this section if a pooled trust account administrator
filed the same report; etc.
