Public Education - Maryland Adolescent Survey - Parental Notice and Permission

Synopsis:

Requiring public middle and public high schools that administer the Maryland Adolescent Survey to provide an advance copy, or the opportunity to see an advance copy, of the survey to the parents or guardian of participating students and to obtain the permission of those parents or guardian before the school may administer the survey.
