Synopsis:

Altering the membership selection process of the Massage Therapy Advisory Committee (MTAC); authorizing the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners to decline to adopt a recommendation of the MTAC only if the Board makes specified findings; authorizing the MTAC to perform specified acts; requiring the Board to provide a specified written explanation upon declining to adopt a MTAC recommendation; etc.
