Facility Projects and Capital Improvements
Prohibiting the State from funding specified transit facility projects
or capital improvements within specified Smart Growth priority funding
areas unless local authorities have adopted specified zoning
ordinances that are applicable to specified development projects;
requiring specified zoning ordinances to change specified zoning
classifications to a specified level; requiring review of specified
zoning ordinances by the Office of Smart Growth.
