Crimes - Biological Terrorism
Establishing the felony of biological terrorism; prohibiting the use,
deployment, or release, or attempting or causing the use, deployment,
or release of a biological weapon with specified intent; providing a
mandatory sentence of imprisonment for life without the possibility of
parole for a violation of the Act; providing that the Act may not
preclude the imposition of a sentence of death; including biological
terrorism in the felonies that may be predicate felonies to murder in
the first degree; etc.
