Higher Education - Community Colleges - Students with Disabilities
Allocating $2,500,000 to the Maryland Higher Education Commission to
be distributed to community college boards of trustees and to the
Baltimore City Community College Board of Trustees on a per student
with disabilities basis for the funding of special services and
equipment needs of these students at community colleges and at the
Baltimore City Community College; requiring the Commission in
consultation with the Maryland Association of Community Colleges to
adopt regulations for the administration of the grant; etc.
