Sewage and Water Fees - Swimming Pools

Synopsis:

Requiring a credit against the sewer use charge for property owners with private swimming pools if sewer use rates are based on the water consumption rate; providing that the credit applies only from April 1 to September 30 and is equal to half the difference between the average charges from October 1 to March 31 and the charge for the applicable period; etc.
