Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System from investing the assets of the State Retirement and Pension System in foreign currency or similar investment transactions involving foreign currency, forward contracts, options, or futures; requiring the Board of Trustees to divest specified assets from specified types of investments.
