Student Voting Rights Act
Requiring that, for each election, in each precinct in a county in
which an institution of higher education is located, the local board
of elections for that county designate at least one polling place on
the campus of the institution of higher education; defining an
"institution of higher education"; providing for the effective date of
specified provisions of the Act; and providing for the termination of
specified provisions of the Act.
