Education - One Maryland Public School Construction

Synopsis:

Requiring a State/local cost sharing formula of 90%/10% for the first 40% in costs and 80%/20% for the next 60% of costs for public school construction projects in a qualified distressed county that is making progress on implementing the recommendations of a performance audit of the school system, as certified by the Maryland State Department of Education, for fiscal years 2003 through 2004; and providing for a specified exception.
