Requiring that the Medical Assistance Program include the Employed
Persons with Disabilities Program; establishing specified criteria for

Committee; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to
submit an application to the Health Care Finance Administration by
October 1, 2002, and, subject to a specified contingency, to adopt
regulations by a specified time; etc.
