Underground Facilities - Marking Fees

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a political subdivision or municipal corporation from charging, assessing, or collecting from a person a fee for reimbursement of expenses incurred for marking or re-marking an underground facility; making an exception under specified circumstances for a specified political subdivision or municipal corporation that on or before January 1, 2002, charged, assessed, or collected specified fees for reimbursement of specified expenses; etc.
