Protection
Authorizing wireless telephone customers to cancel their contracts and
return specified equipment under specified circumstances; exempting
specified provisions of law from wireless telephone service; requiring
the Public Service Commission (PSC) to adopt specified regulations and
authorizing the PSC to conduct investigations and have access to
records of wireless telephone companies; providing that the People's
Counsel has specified duties and powers; and defining terms.
