Authorizing the County Council for Prince George's County to impose,
by ordinance, and collect a sales and use tax on residential,
commercial, and industrial telephone service in Prince George's
County; authorizing the County Council to provide exemptions from the
tax; requiring that the tax be itemized on the telephone bill and
collected by the telephone vendor on behalf of Prince George's County;
requiring that the net proceeds from the tax be used only for the
Prince George's County school system; etc.
