Local Land Preservation Programs
Authorizing local governments to adopt local land preservation
programs for specified purposes; providing for the funding of local
land preservation programs in a specified manner, subject to specified
contingencies; requiring the development and review of specified plans
in connection with local land preservation programs, which may be

acquisition applications by the Department of Natural Resources and
the approval of applications by the Board of Public Works; etc.
