Prohibiting the State's Attorney for Dorchester County from engaging
in the private practice of law; setting the salary of the State's
Attorney for Talbot County at 80% of the salary of a District Court
judge; requiring the State's Attorney for Talbot County to serve full
time; prohibiting the State's Attorney for Talbot County from
engaging in the private practice of law; and providing that the Act
does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent State's
Attorney for or Talbot County.
