Establishing a resident consolidated Senior Lifetime Sport Fishing
License; establishing the fee for the license and the means by which
the license may be obtained; establishing the rights of a holder of
the license; establishing a nonlapsing Senior Lifetime Sport Fishing
License Fund into which fees collected for the license are to be
deposited; and providing that money may be withdrawn from the Fund
only at specified times and for specified purposes.
