Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Myrtle Tyler Faithful Senior Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $800,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Myrtle Tyler Faithful Fund, Inc. for the construction of a new facility at 4419 - 4541 Reisterstown Road; and providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
