Synopsis:

Prohibiting the approval of solid waste acceptance facilities in Prince George's County that are accessible from specified roadways; prohibiting the issuance or use of specified permits before July 1, 2005 under specified circumstances; establishing a Prince George's County Task Force on Solid Waste Equity; establishing the membership, charge, responsibilities, and staffing of the Task Force; prohibiting the use of specified permits before July 1, 2005 under specified circumstances; etc.
