Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 751 - Harford County Local Department of Social Services - Advisory Board - Membership.

This bill authorizes the expansion of the Harford County local department of social services advisory board from 9 members to no more than 13 members.

Senate Bill 507, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 751.
