Calvert County - Compensation Review Board - Membership and Duties

Synopsis:

Requiring that at least one member of the Calvert County Compensation Review Board must have served on the previous Board; requiring the Board to review specified salaries and laws and make specified recommendations to the Calvert County Commissioners by a specified date in specified years; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent officers or officials of Calvert County.
