Synopsis:

Exempting the transfer of specified conservation easements to a qualified land trust from the recordation tax; exempting an instrument of writing conveying fee simple title to real property to a qualified land trust from the recordation tax and the transfer tax; exempting a transfer conveyed to a qualified land trust from a county transfer tax; etc.
