Entitled:

Housing Authority of Baltimore City - Powers - Local Government Tort Claims Act

Synopsis:

Providing that the Housing Authority of Baltimore City may exercise specified powers as the Authority determines necessary or convenient; and specifying that, only to the extent provided under the Local Government Tort Claims Act, the Authority is liable for specified judgments.
