Health Insurance - Noncontracting Providers - Reimbursement Rate Disclosure

Synopsis:

Requiring specified health insurance carriers that issue or deliver specified health care benefit plans in the State to submit to the Insurance Commissioner, on or before a specified date and on the form the Commissioner requires, a schedule of reimbursement rates paid to health care providers not under contract with specified health insurance carriers; etc.
