Synopsis:

Requiring agencies primarily responsible for traffic control at intersections with traffic control signal monitoring systems to ensure that the length of the yellow light change interval, which warns that the traffic control signal light will turn red, is set in accordance with regulations adopted by the State Highway Administration consistent with standards or guidelines established by the Federal Highway Administration; etc.
