Study of the Suminoe Oyster - Findings of the National Academy of Sciences

Synopsis:

Limiting a specified study of specified nonnative oyster species to the study of the Suminoe oyster; repealing the requirement that a specified study of the Suminoe oyster proceed in accordance with findings of the National Academy of Sciences; and requiring National Academy of Sciences findings be included to a specified extent.
