Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "immediate family" to include brothers and sisters as immediate family for the purposes of intrafamily transfers of land in the resource conservation area; altering a specified exemption for the initial development of a specified YMCA facility from the requirements of the Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area Program; and altering the language of the contingency on the effective date of the exemption for the YMCA.
