Fire-Rescue Services Memorial Sculpture
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Maryland Fire-Rescue Services Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the
planning, design, and construction of a monument honoring all
emergency fire, rescue and EMS services men and women who have given
their lives in the line of duty while serving their communities,
located in Annapolis; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds,
subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
