Baltimore County Detention Center - Inmate Transfers

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Administrator of the Baltimore County Detention Center and a sheriff or the governing body of a county or municipal corporation that operates another local correctional facility to sign a memorandum of understanding allowing the transfer of specified inmates from the Detention Center to the other local correctional facility.
