Requirements
Requiring insurers that intend to cancel or refuse to renew insurance
policies issued or delivered in the State to provide the policyholder
specified notice of cancellation or nonrenewal by certified mail,
return receipt requested; and generally relating to the mailing of
notice requirements when insurance policies are canceled or not
renewed.
