Education - Principals - State Salary Grants

Synopsis:

Establishing a State program of salary grants for principals, vice-principals, and assistant principals; authorizing county boards of education to submit applications for a State grant under the program; requiring that a State grant be awarded for fiscal year 2005 to a county board that applies and establishes a 4% aggregate salary adjustment over a specified time period for principals, vice-principals, and assistant principals; establishing a formula to determine the amount of a State grant; etc.
