Allegany County - Streetlights - Fees for Acquisition and Operation

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Allegany County to provide that the county utilities division may, with the written approval of a majority of specified residents, assess a fee to acquire and operate specified streetlights; and providing that specified unpaid fees are a lien against specified property.
