Natural Resources - Fishery Management Plans - Sport Fishing

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Natural Resources from adopting a fishery management plan that prohibits a Chesapeake Bay sport fishing licensee from fishing for finfish; providing for an exception if the Department makes specified findings correlating sport fishing and a conservation or management problem; requiring specified regulations of the Department to include specified provisions; etc.
