Natural Resources - Oysters - Power Dredging

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to adopt regulations to establish zones in which a person may catch oysters with a power dredge during a specified time period; requiring the Department to establish harvest sanctuaries; authorizing the Department to open or close any area within specified zones for the catching of oysters by power dredging or the conservation of oysters; prohibiting application of the Act in specified areas; authorizing the Department to set size limits and times when oysters may be harvested by power dredging; etc.
