Motor Vehicle Law - Railroad Grade Crossing Violations and Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing violations for operators of commercial motor vehicles and their employers related to railroad grade crossings; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to disqualify an individual who is convicted of specified violations from driving a commercial motor vehicle for a specified period of time; etc.
