Providing that specified provisions relating to parking for
individuals with disabilities do not apply to a person issued
specified registration plates or placards under the laws and
regulations of the District of Columbia; and providing for the
termination of the Act upon the receipt of a specified notice from the
District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles.
