Baltimore City - Local Government Tort Claims Act - Notice of Claim

Synopsis:

Reducing the period of time for filing a claim under the Local Government Tort Claims Act against the City of Baltimore for damages to an abandoned vehicle; and requiring that the claim be filed within 45 days after the owner has paid specified towing, preservation, and storage charges.
