Changing from the 2005-2006 to the 2006-2007 hunting season the date
by which the Department of Natural Resources is requested to utilize
special fund revenue generated as a result of a licensing fee increase

leased for hunting to private individuals on the properties known as
the Chesapeake Forest Lands.
