Identity Fraud Victims Act of 2004
Allowing a person to file a petition for expungement of specified
records if the person's name or other identification has been used
without consent or authorization by another who has been charged with
identity fraud; authorizing the Attorney General to issue an identity
fraud passport to a person who meets specified requirements;
authorizing a consumer to request a consumer reporting agency to block
permanently the reporting of specified information; etc.
