Election Law - Voting System - Baltimore City

Synopsis:

Exempting Baltimore City from the requirement to use a uniform statewide voting system selected by the State Board of Elections; providing that a voting system certified for use in Baltimore City as of January 1, 2004, and specified upgrades to the voting system are deemed certified for stated purposes under the State Election Law; exempting Baltimore City from provisions concerning a uniform statewide voting system; etc.
