Prince George's County - Real Property - Recordation of Instruments Effecting a Change of Ownership PG 350-04

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Prince George's County to record an instrument that changes the ownership of property before the Supervisor of Assessments transfers the ownership on the assessment records; requiring the Supervisor of Assessments to transfer the ownership on the assessment records after receipt of specified documents; and authorizing specified persons to formulate procedures for the recordation of instruments that change ownership of property in Prince George's County.
