Altering the number of members on the State Board of Nursing Rehabilitation Committee; requiring that a registered nurse with expertise in pain management be a member of the rehabilitation committee; authorizing the Board to conduct a demonstration study to evaluate specified changes to specified nursing practice regulations; providing for the purpose of demonstration studies; etc.
