Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations that require local jurisdictions to be informed of the location and nature of specified biological agents in the Biological Agents Registry and provide for the release of specified information to specified agencies, officers, and entities; prohibiting disclosure of specified information to another person or entity unless authorized; etc.
