Glenn Dale Hospital Property - Sale, Lease, or Transfer

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to sell, lease, or transfer a specified amount of the parcel of property known as the Glenn Dale Hospital to a person who will use the property only for specified purposes; providing that the Commission shall retain ownership of the Glenn Dale Hospital until the Prince George's County Council sitting as the district council approves a specified alternate use under specified circumstances; etc.
