Criminal Law - Large-Scale Balloon Release - Penalty

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly releasing or causing to be released in the outdoors 20 or more balloons filled with gas lighter than air as part of a public or civic event, promotional activity, or product advertisement; and establishing a $500 fine as the maximum penalty for a violation.
