Establishing a Task Force to Study Physician Reimbursement at Maryland Hospitals; specifying the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study problems associated with physician reimbursement, including Medicaid reimbursement, at Maryland hospitals; requiring the Task Force to report findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 2, 2005; etc.
