Synopsis:

Altering the criteria for hiring retirees of the Employees' Retirement System, the Employees' Pension System, the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System; requiring that specified retirees who are rehired return to work in specified schools or teach specified subjects; requiring superintendents of local school systems to report to the State Board of Education by August 1 of each year; etc.
